Wondrous Creatures is a strategic board game that combines an innovative worker placement mechanism with a tableau-building mechanism. You are an admirer, a creature enthusiast who will join the journey of forming the world’s leading creature reserve.
The mechanics of placing workers across two hexagonal map spaces adds a unique puzzle-like fun to the worker placement experience. Your deployed worker interacts with surrounding icons to bring in resources or cards, and works to activate special effects! As the game progresses, terrains are transformed and powerful special effects are newly placed on the map. Your workers also hold and unlock their own unique abilities throughout the game. Get creative and use these special effects to unleash your very own powerful combos!
