All our products are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). SHIPPING We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 working days depending on location. For rural addresses, please expect an additional 1-2 business days. Delivery delays and damages due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at times. We pack our products with the utmost care and protection to ensure safe delivery. However, we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit, delays or lost parcels. RETURNS Our return policy is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase for store credit. Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns. Gift cards are non-returnable. Item(s) can be returned to us at your own expense, postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Before returning the item(s), please email us at indiegamesnz@gmail.com for approval and confirmation of the return. We advise packing item(s) carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged and using tracked shipping as we cannot guarantee receipt. Once the return has been received, inspected and approved by us, we will process your store credit, less any shipping costs, within 3-10 business days.
