About the Game

Gather rooms, complete the plans of your clients' homes and invest in your neighbourhood by increasing its value.

Off-Plan is an exciting and easy-to-play real estate investment card game, where 1-5 players compete to build homes to get the highest profit.

Players take turns to take a room, build a house or a public building and invest in one of the four neighbourhoods.

Each room has different abilities. There are 7 different abilities that allow players to: draw more cards, discard houses, exchange houses, invest in the neighbourhoods, steal funds previously invested in the neighbourhoods, and more. The game ends when a player builds their 4th house.

At the end of the game, the player with the highest profits from the value of the houses and public buildings they’ve built, neighbourhood investments, fund tokens and other end game bonuses wins!

Off-Plan has 1 standard game mode (with two variants) and 2 solitaire modes. The game also has 12 asymmetrical characters that provide unique abilities and end game goals for extra points.

About the Designer

Santiago Zanon is a computer engineer born in Spain. Since he was a child, he has been fond of video games, Japanese culture, card games, wargames and board games.

After more than 10 years of being a board game fan, he spent 2 years creating and testing his own prototypes, entering board game contests and learning from veteran creators and players from all ages. In 2022, he was a Finalist in the Meeple Factory National Board Game Design Contest!

In 2023, Zanon self-published Off-Plan under his small Spanish editorial, Titan Boardgames.
